I was able to sit even when i was 130 kgs, the pain is only after is started working out, as said i run on the treadmill, so i think it might be bcz of my weight my legs are paining, please suggest some medication which i can use to decrease the pain, or any kind of bandage which can remove the pain, the reason for weigh gain was betnesol, i was taking it for wheezing problem but due to its side effects ended gaining huge amount of weight, now weight is reducing slowly, i want to at least lose 2 kgs and above a month but its not happening, as you said there might be some hormonal problems which can also cause the weight gain, so can you let me know which tests should i need to do to know the cause, i also want to check my body mass and fat percentage so is there any kind of specialty or any department which takes care of these, thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

You may need to consult orthopaedic specialist and endocrinologist for further treatment.

You may need blood investigation for hormonal levels like thyroid hormone level; or prolactin imbalance of hormone can lead to weight gain in spite of diet control.

You may need investigation like MRI knee if pain persists after taking analgesic and anti inflammatory consulting your doctor.
Till time you can take analgesic which is available over the counter.

Till time physiotherapist may help her with TENS and ultrasound therapy to reduce pain.
