Brief Answer:
Grade III usually needs surgery - consult a General Surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/33 - stage/grade as it is called III piles/hemorrhoids - consulted Doctor - advised surgery - painkillers, stool softeners and cream - but nothing to cure - wants to know whether it is curable without surgery, will be the blisters go back, or what....
Grade III: Prolapse upon bearing down requiring manual reduction, hence they are now large enough to be cured by any medicines hence the need for surgery.
I hope you have been examined by a General Surgeon; if not consult a General Surgeon or Proctologist for per-digital examination, Ano-proctoscopy to confirm the grade and go for surgery if indicated by your Surgeon.
Continue stool softeners and other medications as advised.
