Question: Hi
I have been having pain in my gums on the right side since yesterday morning..I have only 5 teeth on the bottom right. On the that side of my mouth on the bottom, i have hardly no bone left. It wasnt hurting before and now it started to hurt. I have like a little bump on my neck behind my ear. and it hurts going down my neck. I'm just wondering what i can do for the pain. Could i have an infection? I really dont have money to go to the dentist, thats why im asking here. I have dentures on the top and a partial on the bottom that i dont wear cause it hurts to much. My dentist knows all about the right side of my mouth where theres hardly no bone left.

Brief Answer:
Gum Lesion

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
From the history according to me you are having a lesion because of dentures. My advise to you is if you can't go to dentist, please get a picture clicked of the lesion and post here so that I can suggest you better as in few cases intervention is required.
For now, avoid wearing dentures. Take a combination of diclofenac and serratiopeptidase twice daily.
Tablet amoxicillin plus clavulunate 625 twice daily. These are prescription only drugs; perhaps you can visit an urgent care clinic and request for a prescription.
This will help to stop the infection from spreading.

Follow up with the required information.
Take care
Thanks and regards
