Brief Answer:
Finger nail Onychomycosis; Oral and Topical antifungals

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I have reviewed the Image.

This is Finger nail Onychomycosis. First of all you must cut short your nail. You may submit a nail clipping for KOH to laboratory for a confirmatory diagnosis.

If this comes out to be positive for fungus it would be advisable to treat with topical and Oral antifungals.

If I was the treating doctor I would normally treat my patient of onychomycosis with a tablet of Terbinafine 250 mg once daily for 6-8 weeks.

Topically, one may use an antifungal nail lacquer e.g Amorolfine 5% nail lacquer which is available as Loceryl nail Lacquer. This is to be applied once a week.

Oral and Topical antifungals are prescription drugs and should only be used under supervision of a dermatologist and after a confirmatory diagnosis.

Therefore I suggest that you visit a doctor in your region for a confirmatory diagnosis and for the needful.
