Brief Answer:
Wait a few months for it to heal properly.

Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

How long has it been after your sinus incision? Typically is takes 6weeks for a wound to heal properly and it is longer for a sinus incision to heal because of its infected nature. Sinus incisions usually heal slowly and doesn't look normal after (more thickened). During the heali process if it is not infected then you can apply Contractubex or other wound healing ointment which will lessen scarring and make it more normal. If months have passed then you can opt for a second procedure where we incise the scarred tissue and do a plastic surgery procedure to make sure that the wound is better.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://www.HealthcareMagic.com/doctors/dr-manuel-c-see-iv/66014 I would gladly help you. Best wishes.

Thanks A lot. to answer your question, in had the operation on 4th September. My Question which is still not answered and is worrying me is that i have hardened vain running through the penis. its from the bottom of the penis neext to the incision to the head of the penis. its also painful when you touch? or walk for sometime. it started 3 weeks after the operation? its only one vain that run across the left side of the penis. Is this normal? will that disappear? does it have any consequences

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Pls upload a picture.

Detailed Answer:
you mean a vein that runs along the penis? It is normal for a few veins to be visible that runs along the shaft of the penis. It shouldn't be painful or tender to touch and would have a thickness of a few millimeters only.

It would help me a lot if you upload a picture of the vein.
