Brief Answer:
an ultrasound will help

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.I think I may have a good suggestion that you can use.

Trauma to genitals is always very painful. The swelling is also secondary to it.

I don't think that you have to worry. It is going to take time and then settle.

However, I think it would be a good idea to get a usg of the scrotum if possible. This will tell us for sure if there is anything serious.

I hope that the information helps you.

Best of luck.
