Question: Hello, I am 20 years old and I am having some problems. It all started in April I have been having pain in the outside of my vagina and sometimes on the inside as well. it also had hurt to pee and hurt during intercourse. I thought maybe I had an STD. So I went to the clinic and got tested. My results all came back negative, as well as the tests for vaginitis. So I went on living my life but the pain did not go away. I have recently been doctoring because of this again. I have been tested for Bacterial vaginitis many time. my 1st Doctor told me I do not have a STD but I got tested again, blood and urine. They as well came back negative. I have been on flagyl and pills. yesterday I went to the clinic and asked if I could get tested for a bladder/ kidney infection. My doctor did so and said that there was some white blood cells in my urine. he put me on prescription. I went today and got tested again for bacterial vaginitis, chlamydia and gonorrhea. The doctor said that it looks healthy with just a little bit of normal discharge. I don't know what else I can do. I have tried every precaution there is to try and prevent this, but it will not go away. it seems to be the outside of my vagina that feels like it is on fire but then it also hurts to pee my back hurts and my urine is cloudy. If I have had two STD checks with a third on the way I should be pretty safe for that I am assuming but I just want to know what is wrong with me because I am sick of dealing with this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Brief Answer:
LIKELY to be urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Cloudy urine, burning sensation and backache suggest the possibility of urinary tract infection. As your urine is showing pus cells further makes the possibility of urinary tract infection more likely.
I would advise you the following investigation

1. Urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity
2. Ultrasound abdomen

Following will be advise which will definitely help you

1. Hot Seitz bath :To a tub of XXXXXXX warm water add handful of common table salt. Sit in it for 15 to 20 minute each session twice a day
2. Ensure good oral intake of water
3. Urinary analgeic like Phenazopyridine will be helpful

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
