Question: I am 85 yo. I have been having moderate pain in my testicles when sitting in a soft chair or lying in bed. Also my testicles seem to be slightly swollen I have no noticeable pain my test ices when walking or moving around the house

You should get Ultrasound of the scrotum.

Hi
As per your description,pain and enlargement of the testicles could be due to infection.
Ultrasound scrotum will give a clue.
Till investigation,you can take pain killers.
If infection is suspected,you should take Antibiotic and Anti inflammatory tablets.
