Brief Answer:
Fibro-adenosis breast - cervical muscle spasm or spondilitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/36 - tender limps in right breast - breast pain moves around - tingling in right arm and hand the comes and goes - not visited a Doctor - tried Advil ...

Please give some additional information for me to assist you better:
Since when have you noticed the lumps?
Any relation of tender lumps with menstrual cycle like increase in tenderness or size of lumps?
Any pain in the back and side of neck?
Any swellings in armpit/axilla or neck?
Any other information that you would like to share?

The most probable diagnosis as per the history you have provided are:
- The tender lumps in the breast are usually due to a condition called Fibro-adenosis, may increase in size, pain or tenderness just before periods. are XXXXXXX and not adherent to the skin or underlying muscles or chest wall.
These can be best diagnosed by the following:
Clinical examination by a General Surgeon or Oncosurgeon.
Mammography and ultrasound helps in further diagnosis.
FNAC/biopsy confirm the diagnosis.
These are really not much related to the tingling/pain in the same side of arm and hand. Such tingling is usually due to cervical spondilitis, muscle spasm.
This can be diagnosed by clinical evaluation, examination, X-ray and MRI of the neck only if required.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is gap of communication.
