Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Penis Radiating To The Left Thigh

Posted on Sat, 2 Jul 2016
Question: I started using Penis traction device to make my penis longer as it was only 4.75 inches erect which I thought was very short Suddenly once using the device I felt a sharp pain on the left side of penis near the Base with point of attachment to the scrotum. The pain radiated to the left thigh.this was about 3 months back I thought it would be a minor issue and stopped using the device and did not masturbate for 15 days. When I resumed maturbation , all was normal. About a week back,I heard a clicking/popping sound and the pain on the left side returned as it was while using the traction device . Since past 1 week I have the following problems:-
1) my penis is bent exessively on the left side
2) during masturbation I continously feel that typical pain on left side
3) my penis has grown shorter to about 4 inches erect now
4) I feel problems now in maintaining my ercetion
5) during ejaculation my pain on left side increases
6) I have no problems/pain during urination

I am a medical graduate and think that foolishly using the traction device has caused this trouble by damaging the vascular tissues of the Lt side of the shaft. Due to embarrassment I can't consult many of my peers who are urologist .
I am 25yr male. My main concern is that will conservative mx / rest will do the needful or will I need surgery? Any help will be appreciated as I am extremely stressed due the strange pain I feel on the left side of penis ad well also the newly acquired erectile dysfunction.
