Suggest Treatment For Pain In Testicles Post An Accident

Question: 11 yr old son was hit in right testicle 3 days ago..still has mild pain in area..slight amount of swelling in right testicle only..no pain while urinating or bowel movements. .no pain in any other area and no fever..ice seems to help and ibuprofen Anything else we can do or should do?

It is better to get ultrasound done.
This will ensure that the testes are normal with intact blood supply and to rule out any blood clot.
