Brief Answer:
This is suggestive of a urinary tract infection!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I have reviewed the information provided fully. These symptoms are suggestive of a possible urinary tract infection. This could be cause by one of the common germ of be cause by an STD like gonorrhea. I will recommend that you get evaluated by a medical doctor. You would need at least a urine analysis to look for signs of infection and maybe culture to identify the germ and treated accordingly if need be.

For now, drink as much water as possible. I will also like to know how many sexual partners you have and whether you have always used protection during intercourse. Also, is your partner having any symptoms?

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
We need more information!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Not being able to make sex for long may have different possible reasons. You may be unable to have erections, ejaculate quickly, may lack interest, may no longer believe in yourself, etc. For us to be able to pinpoint this problem and provide adequate solutions, you need a detailed interview and examination. This should be best done by your doctor. This is not an emergency and you can plan adequately to get this figured out at your earliest convenience.

What rather needs immediate attention are the symptoms suggestive with an infection of the urinary tract. Like I mentioned, I will like you to follow up and get it managed well to prevent any possible complications from delayed diagnosis and treatment.

I hope this helps. I wish you well.
