Brief Answer:
ENT examination and chest X ray initially should be taken.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. The tablet can get lodged in bronchous. This is suspected if you had any initial symptoms of coughing and breathing discomfort. This is a serious condition.

It can get lodged in esophagus. But this won't be a problem as it get disintegrated. It can get coughed up and lodged in nasal cavity which also won't cause any serious problems. But if it remain there, it may cause inflammation and irritation.

You should initially get an examination by ENT specialist. If any thing is lodged in nose he will help you take it out. If there was any symptoms like coughing or breathing problem when this occurred, then a chest x ray should be taken to rule out any signs of obstruction. In case of positive signs a bronchoscopy should be done to remove any particle lodged there.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
