Brief Answer:
Back muscle strain likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain of your back can be due to-
1. Back muscle strain- due to tear or pull of muscle fibres.
2. Disc herniation, etc.
3. Arthritis or ankylosing spondylosis.
4. Weak core muscles-Strengthening the muscles that support the spine helps keep the spine in its proper position and reduce risk of sprains, strains and back pain.
5. Vitamin D3 deficiency.
Proper diagnosis involves investigations like X-ray and MRI of the spine after an examination by your primary physician.
The treatment will then depend on the cause.
Hot fomentation and oral muscle relaxants can provide a temporary relief till then.
The first step is to ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working. Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water. Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight. Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down. Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement.

The most essential and long lasting remedy is exercises. There are certain back strengthening and neck isometric exercises that you must learn from a physiotherapist and perform them at home or work whenever possible. You can also undergo a weeks session of traction at your physiotherapist's clinic.

Last but not least, if its unbearable take medications or muscle relaxant prescribed by your physician. And if it has been long standing illness visit your orthopaedician and clinically-radiologically establish a diagnosis to commence definitive treatment.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Consult an orthopedician.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
In your case any neurological problem is less likely. It is better to visit an orthopedician after getting an MRI scan of the spine done.
Hope my answer is helpful.
