Question: I have a pain in my upper left side shoulder, the pain goes to the front of my left breast and my skin/meat feels like it has the worst sunburn ever.

Is there any redness or rash in the painful area? Do you have any shortness of breath, dizziness? Has this pain appeared after physical activity?

This side pain should be always checked with possible heart ischemia. Heart pain is usually burning or squeezing like. It tends to radiate to the left shoulder or jaw. Sweating, dizziness, fear of death can be present along with this pain. It is not well localized so you are unable to give exact source of it.
Such pain can be also caused by some nerve compression in the arm or spine. This is more possible if there is some arm tingling or back pain.

If the heart pain seems possible, please do not wait with it. Consult your doctor as soon as possible. Heart ECG and blood work (CK-MB, Troponine) should be checked.

If heart pain is not the case, you should consult orthopedist and consider spine MRI.

There is no redness or rash but I do have some numbness and tingling on my hand. The burning sensation is on my shoulder goes down and around all my left breast my underarm and down my left arm and hand.
