Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.

At your age this can be caused only by some benign, temporary conditions. more serious diagnoses are rarity.

If there is no palpable mass then It is usually caused by hormonal fluctuations, injury or irritation due to synthetic clothes or allergic reaction.

Now if there is palpable mass then it may be fibroadenoma and ultrasound should be done.

Till then , just take nonsteroid painkillers and apply warm compresses.

Wish you good health.
Regards
