Brief Answer:
I would advise you go to see a Pain Management Specialist.

Detailed Answer:
This sounds like a very difficult situation. I am sorry you are in so much pain.

I understand that you do not have the money to have your right shoulder repaired by a private orthopedic surgeon because you are on a limited income (disability). Have you explored having the surgery done at a university (teaching) hospital? Because it may be possible to have it done at this type of facility if you cannot pay. Consider calling such a hospital and ask to talk with someone from the social work department. They may be able to help arrange it for you.

If surgery is out of the question, I would then suggest seeing a Pain Management Specialist. These are physicians who have completed 3 years of residency training in either Family Practice or Internal Medicine who have then done a fellowship in pain management. They are experts in knowing what medications may help to control ongoing pain.

In the meantime, perhaps the orthopedic doctors who have evaluated you already can give you some pain medications to get by.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can help with further information or clarification.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
