Suggest Treatment For Pain And Irritation Around The Foreskin Of The Penis
Question: I am 72 and over the last year my penis has retracted into my body and become smaller than before. The foreskin is very difficult to pull back for cleaning and will sting when urinating fot the first time after cleaning.
I also have moderate psoriasis for over 13 years treated with creams only

It sounds like you have a problem with the foreskin of your penis and possible phimosis or infection in the foreskin. This will make retracting the foreskin back painful and difficult to clean. I recommend that you see a urologist. They maybe able to prescribe antibiotics to reduce the infection or even suggest a circumcision. This will help reduce the pain and discomfort associated with your foreskin.
