Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst

Question: I've been diagnosed with a 6.5cm complex ovarian cyst with multiple septations on my left ovary and a 3cm cyst on my right ovary with a single septation. I'm due to have it aspirated through laporoscopy, but I'm not really happy with this, I just want them removed altogether, I'm 43 with 4 children, of good health with a great fitness level. Should a gyn/onc do the surgery or just my gyn?

Brief Answer:
laparoscopy required

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I understand your health concerns.
In my opinion any Gynecologist can do the surgery without a need of oncologiat but send the specimen for histological diagnosis.
In my practice I will like to do a laparoscopic evaluation of the cyst and in case it is a simple cyst then just a simple drainage will suffice but in case it turns out to be a chocolate cyst then removal of the cyst and reconstruction of leftover ovarian tissue will be required.
All the best and in case you have any questions I will be happy to help.
