Brief Answer:
It is a normal method of the body ejecting semen in those not masturbating

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. In a normal male like you, semen is always being generated in the testes.

2. When males masturbate, the semen is expelled out from the urogenital tract and this is considered a normal male sexual behavior.

3. If you do not masturbate then the testes gets filled with semen and more generation causes the semen to overflow. This happens as wet dreams and at night when you are in your sleep, the semen is expelled without your knowledge and in to your inner clothes. This is a normal event in those who do not masturbate and occurs once a week.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
