Sorry, my question was wrong. Actually it is nosebleed due to cold. I am suffering from Cold since last Monday due to changes in climatic conditions. So please let me know what needs to be done.

Hey XXXXXXX whew, a nose bleed is an easy thing to deal with.
When you have a cold, the delicate blood vessels in the nose will get inflamed and tend to bleed.
Here is what you need to do.
1. Make sure you are not sleeping in cold dry air. Try and get a humdifier so the air you breath in is not dried up. Alternatively you can do steam inhalation on a regular basis.
2. Take an antihistamine medication which will clear up the nostrils and allow the airflow through them to be less turbulent. Medications like Sinarest, etc are the best for that
Try these things for a few days. Overall, a few nosebleeds here and there when you have a cold are not really serious. You have nothing to worry about.
