Brief Answer:
Ensure good intake of water

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

Calculi is small in size and does not require any specific management. 2mm Calculi in Right ureter is likely to pass out spontaneously. Also 3.5 mm calculi in left kidney does not require specific management.

I would suggest the following

1. Ensure good intake of water: 3-4 liter a day. Increased intake of water will help increase urine output , which will flush out the stones

2. Himalaya Cystone Syrup or capsules will help in management. It needs to be taken for 2 - 3 months. It is ayurvedic preparation.

Do get back to me if you need any further , will be glad to assist you.

Take Care
