Hi, I think if you don't have sperm production in your testis, that means you are having non obstructive azoospermia. I think you can go for percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration or testicular sperm aspiration. If sperms are found, you can go for IVF with ICSI. If sperms are not found, you should test yourself for chromosomal abnormality like klinefelter syndrome and you chromosome Micro deletions. Also test your FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, and estradiol. If FSH and LH levels are low, it can be due to hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism. In that case, some medicines like GNRH analogues can be helpful. You can discuss with your doctor regarding this.
