I think you can go for percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration or testicular sperm aspiration. If sperms are found, you can go for IVF with ICSI. If sperms are not found, you should test yourself for chromosomal abnormality like klinefelter syndrome and you chromosome Micro deletions. Also test your FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, and estradiol.
