Brief Answer:
if it is OCD, Cognitive behavior therapy may help

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

From medicines you are taking, I think you have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Other possibility is bipolar disorder.
If your diagnosis is OCD, Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) may help you to do work.

- Please let me know your diagnosis and since when are you suffering from the same?

- Since when are you not able to do your tuition work?

- Exactly what is restricting you or which are the obstacles for your tuition work?

I will be happy to help further after your response.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.

Actually I daily plan to do my tuition business but each morning I get distracted to some searching of other kind knowledge in a way I procrastinate by leaving the main tuition task and just surf on the net is there any medicine for this how about adding fluvoxamine and clomipramine with low dose respiredone

Brief Answer:
then CBT will help, for OCD fluvoxamine and clomipramine are good

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for follow up.

To avoid distraction CBT will help and you can concentrate on your tuition work. Discuss this aspect with your psychiatrist.

In OCD fluvoxamine and clomipramine are good options. Low dose risperidone can be added later on. However at present you are already on fluoxetine 120 mg (highest dose) and ziprasidone 160 mg (pretty high dose) so you need to gradually taper theses medicines before starting fluvoxamine and clomipramine.

Take care.
