Brief Answer:
Posture, Physiotherapy, medication

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxx

Thanks for the query

You seem to be having early signs of cervical spondylosis which can occur with wrong posture.

Bending the neck forwards is a major cause. Avoid bending neck forward or lifting weights. Use adequate light while reading or working on the computer. Follow ergonomic placement of desktop or laptop screen, keyboard and mouse. Avoid using thick pillow while sleeping.

Perform neck extension exercises and TENS in physiotherapy. You can get good relief of the symptoms with proper posture care, Physiotherapy and medication like muscle relaxant.

Do consult a Neurologist to rule out tension headache or Migraine which are common causes of such headache.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Brief Answer:
Limitable condition

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the reply.

I had a look at the prescription. The medicines given the are for relieving muscle spasm, pain and tingling with numbness.

This condition may be limited only if you take good care of your health otherwise or could progress and get worse.
