Question: Suffering with neck pain the pain is rediating to left shoulder may be due to cs please suggest suitable drug to relive the pain

How many days i can use this medcine with out any side effects

BP Ranging from 120/80,using Telemisrtn40mg AMand prolomet xl50 PM ,And lipisafe_cv afternoo
