NSAIDs can helps of the pain is troublesome. Still if the pain persists, then a cervical Xray should be performed and depending on its results a MRI can be scheduled.

The dizzines related to position and associated with neck pain has been associated to spondyloarthrosis in the past. But nowdays it has less evidence becoming less reliable. Anyway it is quite always self limiting in a couple of days.
