Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Headaches And Vertigo

default
Posted on Mon, 1 Aug 2016
Question: about 10 days ago I had a case of vertigo but only for about an hour. However, since then I have had very mild nausea and a slight headache on either side of my nose. Could this be a continuation of the vertigo and if so what is the antidote?

Brief Answer:
Yor symptoms are suggestive of sinusitis, symptomatic treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Based on the information I feel you have sinusitis ( frontal sinusitis).
I would like to know if it pains, when you apply slight pressure on either side of the eyebrows just above the nose?
Presently I would suggest you to drink plenty of water especially warm water. Take table spoon of honey in the morning with glass of warm water. Steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus oil in it , three to four times a day for few days. As much as possible avoid air-condition room. Try to stay in humid environment. Nasal decongestant like otrivin, two drops in each nostril, two times a day for three days. Do not over use it.
To address the headache and as well as inflammation in sinuses take NSAID like ibuprofen.

Kindly follow this measures you should be fine.
Hope this helps
Take care
