Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach And Abdominal Pain
Question: I have multiple systems. I feel awful with nausea, diarehea, stomach pain, both upper and lower, bubbling in my stomach when I eat or drink, headache, sore tounge, unusal taste in my mouth, no energy, very tired.
I have seen my family doctor and he has sent me to a gastro dotor. I have had all kinds of tests run,
including a colonscopy and an endoscopy. All kinds of blood work and stool tests. They come up with no answers. I think they believe that I am dreaming but I ma really sick. Please excuse the spelling.
I also have an off and on sore throat.

Do not worry as it will just worsen your problems.
Get some blood tests like thyroid function tests if not done earlier.
In addition try following things,
Eating on time
Regular exercise
Adequate timely sleep for atleast 7hours
Small frequent meals
Drink plenty of water
Ensure adequate fiber intake
In addition need to try taking some mild doses of anxiolytic after consulting your physician as it is likely to contribute significantly to your intestinal symptoms too.
