Question: Yes please, I'm only 35 and I've had gastrointestinal issues my whole life that no one could figure out so I've given up on that but now I have a very long list of issues that have arose that no one can figure out too. I will nolonger go to the ER because they say the only treat emergent issues and to follow up with GP, which I have full confidence will find the answer although it's hard to get jn to see him and my follow ups are 6 weeks or more apart in which more weird symptoms arise.
I have had GI issues my whole life, blood in urine since birth (unexplained) that has fluctuated from trace to large and often noticeable, nausea that lasted for more than a year, constipation for as long as I can remember, just with in the last year things seems to pop up but mostly in the last 4 or so months such as a fuzzy sensation on the left side of the back of my head, that side of my face also feels full(sounds weird but that's the only way I know how to explain the feeling), heart flutters that causes lightheadedness, a white film/discharge from eyes that has gotten worse, headaches, pain that comes in goes and attacks different body parts and spreads to localized areas and also causes swelling, bones in my feet changing, inside my nose looks raw with a red to pink color and now with white like color that makes it look like the tissue is losing color and a small pen point mark that looks like black heads are getting larger inside nose and the red/pink with white coloring has moved into my throat, my tongue has had a film on it for months that normally improves with the brushing of a toothbrush although now my tongue feels like it's been burnt and eating is difficult because it feels like sandpaper, I have a numb spot to the left of my spine near my shoulder, a lump on the right side of neck and small lumps around collarbone no one seems concerned about, an infection in my gums, below my teeth on left side that wrap around to my lower bottom teeth and my teeth are getting eatten through the center from one side to the other and i brush 1-3 times a day, floss and use a waterpick, acne that started about the same time as the eye stuff and the acne started through my brow area, brow hairs feels like needles as if there is a pimple about to start, my hair on my body(shaved areas) is growing at a fast rate, hair on body is longer(face, stomach, arms (unshaved areas)), weird lumps under skin that cause discomfort but disappear overnight, sensativity of skin has increased, I crave sweets which I NEVER use to, I nolonger crave vegetables like I use to, I seem to show allergies to things one day and the next nothing, my sense of smell is heightened, i hear loud sounds that sometimes wake me and see things that arent there or see things moving but no one else sees them moving, stool has confirmed blood in it and what looks like tissue which looks like worms or strange parasites (O&P negative) in it, passed a huge blood clot out rectum about 1 1/2 yrs ago, strange odor to stool and urine, urine sometimes green with no obvious cause(ingestion of), sweating perfusly, forgetfulness and my personality has changed. This is just what I can think of at the moment but there are many more. I'm at my breaking point and nolonger want to live like this, my kids have kept me going this far but I don't think anything at this point could influence me to go on at this rate. I don't like to talk about what's going on with me to my family or fiance because it's like I'm bothering them, like they don't care or like I'm making it up or crazy which I think maybe I am crazy and maybe mind over matter and I'm causing all this. I just need an answer or a treatment or something cause I'm XXXXXXX lose my teeth, my face has scares from picking, my body has scares from picking, I feel unloved and not pretty. I want my life back, my not so perfect but happy life and my bubbly and always smiling personality back!

Brief Answer:
Please provide further information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can certainly understand your concern.

I worked through your query in detail.

Before commenting and discussing your issue, I would like to know if you have taken up MRI scan to screen for Multiple Sclerosis?

And Colonoscopy for blood in the stool?

Both these investigations are pretty vital in your assessment.

In case if you have got these tests already, I advise you to kindly upload them, so that I can guide you more competently and completely.

Thank you.

No MRI as of yet, due to my doctors incompetent nurse staff and I had a hard time finding a GI doctor to take me seriously, as soon as they would walk in the exam room and took one look at me and saw how young I was they blew things off as IBS or a bleeding polyp, so my dr sent me to a colorectal doctor who made me cry when she informed me of the negative results, she was rude and made me feel like I wasted her time and that the large blood clot that was painful to pass was probably just a polyp that was torn. Now I wanted to say that as a baby I had mentioned that I had blood in my urine and had abdominal pains and discomfort all through my childhood but failed to mention that in my late teens to early twenties I had chronic, acute, Kidney infections due to UTI's that I felt no symptoms of until it reached my kidneys and caused pain and discomfort. One kidney infection| almost landed me a stay in the hospital after having 2 days of febrile seizures with Temps over 106 and bacteria at a 4. Then I was 24 when I started having swelling in one or both of my legs to the point I felt my calves were going to split open. A lady I worked with had me sitting in a chair with both legs propped up on a desk while she made trips to and from our first aid kit with aspirin and was yelling frantically and repeating the words blood clot. I was instructed to go to the er for US of my veins but waited until the swelling was fine so they thought I was crazy and even more so because the test was normal. I did have a CT scan of my pelvis to look for a mass which was negative too. I still have swelling in my legs that starts at the thigh or thighs. I then started having what I call stress headaches, they could start anywhere but end up being in my neck and wrap to the frontal. I was also informed that my BP was very low and often thwy would check it twice. I was told I was having muscle spasms in my back that was causing the tension headaches. I then started having bad bad pain that felt like my spine was very brittle and when bending back when washing my hair, it would feel like my back was going to snap in half. That was my first MRI of my back that showed I had arthritis of my spine at the early age of 25 which then confirmed that the pains I started feeling in my hands at the age of 16 was also arthritis. But the dr expressed no concern. I also had chronic acute bronchitis all through my 20's. I was also told by a physician when in my 20's that I have a polyp in my nose. I've been a mess my whole life as you can tell and I just want some idea of what it can be, my Lyme disease test was negayive, I showed a vitamin B 12 deficiency, I was told it was below the lower limi. I e had many other blood tests done but only 1 test I wasn't sure that they meant in the results comment but for the most part they were all good. I also forgot to mention that I have, what I call eye seizures, when my eyes feel crossed and my visions blurred but to someone looking at me my eyes look normal and when I fight them to straighten and correct my vision after time causes a migraine and sometimes I have muscle spasms to where my knee will come up into my chest while sitting due to a spasm and the spasms increase when in a relaxed staight. I could go on and on because there is so many symptoms to remember and I'm sorry, because I know this is overwhelming information to take in but I'm desperate, I just want my happy, bubbly self back. I just want to say thank you for even taking the time to review my never ending list of symptoms.

Brief Answer:
It's safe to rule out connective tissue disorders.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your query in detail.

First and foremost, it's pretty important to get an MRI of the brain considering your symptoms including the headache and visual disturbances of late. This test would literally provide many clues to your symptoms and literally would guide us for the institution of new medications.

With regards to blood in urine, the picture is relatively more clear with the history of kidney infections in the past.

These are episodes of Acute on Chronic Pyelonephritis. Its important to get an ultrasound of the kidneys to document any renal scarring .

It's also very important to monitor your blood pressure under this preview every week.

Since you were diagnosed with spine arthritis through an MRI at a very young age and with symptoms of muscle spasmsof knee/chest, it's important that you get a complete ANA profile ( anti nuclear antibody testing) to rule out connective tissue disorders. If found positive, it's very important to start therapy with immunomodulatory drugs to stall the course of such illness.

If episodes of Chronic bronchitis repeat often, it's important to consider Finer price flexible bronchoscopy .This is both diagnostic and therapeutic (even against polyps of respiratory tract) .If the polyp lies in the nose, it's advisable to see an otolaryngologist to consider polyp avulsion.

Vitamin B12 deficiency needs a very quick correction with either oral or injectable forms of B12.

Hence, I would like to conclude that, a multimodal approach need to be Center of treatment in your case .

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
