Brief Answer:
Septoplasty

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query and medical history; it suggests that you may be suffering from the deviated nasal septum and it may be the one cause of the snoring.
Most of snoring condition treated by losing weight if you obese, quitting smoking, avoid alcohols and sedatives if you have. But in your condition it also requires the septoplasty surgery for the correction of the deviated nasal septum. This is generally focused on improving a narrow nasal passage.

It is prudent to undergo a sleep study i.e. polysomnography prior to performing septoplasty to assure that snoring is not a manifestation of obstructive sleep apnea.

I personally advise you to go for thorough examination of nose, throat and sleep study before going this surgery.

Thanks

Hi Doctor,

Thanks for the detailed explanation. The doctor suggested me to undergo 2 tests for more detailed analysis. 1. DISE 2. Sleep study.
Can you please tell me if DISE is advisable ? because each of these test cost around 8k . Little concerned about the cost. Also, are these tests covered under insurance?
