Brief Answer:
No need to worry about previous ECG changes and sinuses need treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

Based on the history you have shared, the ECG changes and BNP, and other findings of chest Xray that you have shared, no immediate intervention in that regard is needed. However a further evaluation by an Echo cardiogram to look for any signs of regional wall motion abnormalities, valves functions and ejection function of the heart should be performed when possible. A long term anti platelets like baby aspirin or clopidogril may be needed and thus a cardiologist opinion is needed in that regard but nor on urgent basis. Long term statins therapy and a lipid profile should also be sought.

As far as active signs of sinusitis are there on the CT it may need an antibiotics course like azithromycin or augmentin after discussing with your primary doctor. If symptoms like headache, Paranasal sinuses pains, or nasal congestion pr temperature appear consult an ENT specialist as soon as possible.

And lastly you asked about the charges, please write to the customer care at YYYY@YYYY , they will be able to help you out with that.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
