Brief Answer:
get an ENT evaluation done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an ENT specialist.
Allergic symptoms should be taken care of and cured by taking antihistamine medicine.
You can continue with Montair LC, that you are taking. You can take the medicine for a minimum of 4-6 weeks for better control of your symptoms.
Any medicine can have side effects but it is the treating doctor who decides whether the beneficial effects outweighs the side effects.
I would also advise that you should also take Oxymetazoline nasal spray twice daily for about 5 days for relief from nasal congestion.
Steam inhalation can also be helpful.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your doctor.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
precautions should be taken.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
I would advise that you should take precautions while change of season like keeping your body at appropriate temperature, avoiding dust and pollen grains of flowers, etc.
There is no permanent cure for allergic rhinitis. It can be controlled by antihistamines. But you should take antihistamine at the start of the symptoms, so as to prevent their severity.
Also include citrus fruits in your daily diet as they contain Vitamin C, which increases immunity.
Drink lots of water daily.
Wash your hands before eating.
I hope this answers your query. If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Thanks.
