Question: My nail is infected, I went to the minor emergency but they didn't prescribed anything for it and I don't have insurance , anything I can do at home ? My finger is definitely hurting!

I have gone through your complaints and understand your concern.
You definitely need oral and topical antibiotics.
At home you can apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected nail 2-3 times in a day and take anti inflammatory medicines like tablet ibuprofen for pain.
These should be available over the counter in your country.
