Brief Answer:
Get blood investigation as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Without a physical examination, it is difficult to understand the cause of your pains. However without any motor weakness sensory loss or bladder / bowel involvement, I would like to rule out metabolic conditions. I would order for blood sugar, Thyroid profile, vitamin D, vitamin B12, renal function test, liver function test. Nerve conduction studies may be needed.

I suggest you discuss my views with your primary treating doctor. He/she can help you through those tests. While you are being evaluated, you can take calcium and vitamin D supplementation. Pregabalin or amitryptiline may help in decreasing pain.
Take adequate fluid fruit and nutritious diet.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
