pain in the lower left arm , under the forearm like numbness , B/P last checked was 126/69 ,rubbing and massaging only helps temporary ,when hold the arm up, hand above the head, it is painful, like the blood is not flowing. other than that feel fine, was moving heavy logs yesterday for about 4 hours , felt stiff, joints hurt from straining, afterwards, woke in the middle of the night with cramps in the leg shin bone area left side. 73 years old weight 215 lbs. meds: VALSARTAN/HCTZ 320/25 MG, CRESTOR 10MG diagnosed with congestive heart failure 10 years ago no chest pains , no shortness of breath, ever took 400mg ibuprofen hour ago, the area of interest (the left arm) feels fine , but like it's being subdued with medication effect.

Brief Answer: It seems to be muscular pain. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post, it seems that you are suffering from muscular pain as a result of heavy physical activity done by you. Give rest to your self. You can take painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with a muscle relaxant like Chloroxazone. An antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals can be added to prevent gastritis from pain killer. Hot fomentation and application of pain relieving gel will have added benefits.
