Brief Answer:
Its seems to be muscular pain. Angiography needs to complete exclusion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. If it is not associated with chest pain, breathlessness, sweating and other related symptoms of angina ( heart related pain) then it is most likely muscular pain. However it needs angioplasty of heart to exclude it fully that it is not heart related pain. For relief of muscular pain you needs rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
