Brief Answer:
Blood pressure symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Muscle spasm , tiredness and fatigue with stomach bloating and flatulence are all common complaints of age related physiological decline as well as medication induced adverse effects. High blood pressure itself causes these symptoms. Also muscle cramps and bloating are mostly diet related and functional bowel issues mostly with advancing age and declining gut functions and these symptoms can be treated symptomatically with antispasmodics and diet and lifestyle modifications like avoiding dairy products, taking plenty of fibrous diet and fluids , also considering small frequent meals instead of few large ones also help.

Major focus at this time should be control of blood pressure and once it comes back to normal most of her symptoms will poof away. Salt restriction to less than 2 gm a day and avoiding cholesterols and fatty meals and losing weight are advised.

For the time being she may take conventional medications for the symptoms relief like acetaminophen, some muscle relaxant like skelaxin and rest for a while. Phloroglucinols would work like charm for spasm like any other antispasmodics. If bloating increases she may take some prokinetic like metoclopramide.

I hope it helps. take good care of your sister and yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
