Brief Answer:
It seems your ear drum is intact

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Health Care Magic, Thanks for writing to us,

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad, I have read your question, I understand your concern and will try to help you in the best possible way.

I am sorry to know about what happened to you lately, if there is no blood or clear fluid coming out of your right ear In my opinion your ear drum wouldn't have got damaged, but this might be the response of blow on ear which we call as stunning or ear drum .

I expect that things will get better in 2-3 days and you will start feeling normal.

If any discharge comes out of ear or things don't get better in 3 days I will suggest you to visit the doctor because then you will be needing a checkup of inside of the ear with the help of a otoscope by an ENT specialist to rule out any damage to ear drum or the bones of ear which transmit sounds.

If you can hear through right ear to some extent there are great chances that it will improve.
For now you don't have to do anything you shouldn't put any drops or cream in your ear neither should you try to insert a Q-tip etc, just stay patient, take rest and wait, you should take tablet Alegra -D which will prevent the ear from and clogging. Nothing else you do need.

Just don't panic and wait

I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you the best of health.
