I have gone through your question. I am a Hematopathologist and deal with these cases every day.
I can understand your concern. Unfortunately you had not asked any specific queries. You were asking for very general information which is found everywhere. Please post any specific question that you have for the child. If you looking for prognosis, the child will fare well as normal child as long as the immediate bleeding episodes are managed properly. Her medical records should mention about this diagnosis so that future hospital admissions in life are not eventful.
According to the discharge summary the child has severe vwf deficiency. In your condition you have almost complete deficiency of von willebrand factor. The treatment on discharge summary is standard. You should inform the treating hematologist whenever there is bleeding or fever as there is high chance of bleeding. In such a case the child needs Fresh frozen plasma urgently and should go for vwf and factor 8 assay.
The child needs infusion of these factors according to the blood level and weight and age. You should consider prophylactic factor therapy with these factors to prevent bleeding but again it all depends on weight.
