Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Healthcare Magic!

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Obstructive Sleep Apnea is a condition that should never be underestimated because it can lead to serious complications (heart diseases, hypertension ,heart failure ,stroke) if left long untreated. It causes fatigue and sleepiness during the day, difficulty concentrating, interfering with your daily activities and can make some tasks (like driving ) dangerous for you.

If your sleep apnea is mild and don't cause any major symptom like fatigue or daytime sleepiness ,you can manage it only with conservative measures ( lose weight, exercise regularly, don't smoke, use a nasal decongestant).
If obstructive sleep apnea causes you symptoms and interfere with your daily function ,it is necessary to get it treated.
Since the cause of your Sleep Apnea is Deviated Septum Nasi you should get it corrected.Surgery is the only definitive solution for your problem.
The procedure is called Septoplasty, and it is considered an easy procedure with no major risks or complications(every procedure carries some risks but they are minor here).
It can be done under local or general anesthesia and you can turn home the same day. There is no reason to think that your nose with be injured during the procedure.
Symptoms of nasal obstruction due to deviated septum ,usually resolve completely after the surgery.

I would suggest to consult an ENT -doctor and get his opinion. After evaluation all your actual symptoms ,your medical history, physical examination and some tests to evaluate the severity of sleep apnea, the severity of the deviation of nasal septum , can decide if you need the surgery or you can manage it with medications.

I my opinion you should get the deviation corrected ,because this is the only definitive solution. It is very important to manage on time Obstructive sleep apnea ,preventing serious complications.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubts to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.
