Brief Answer:
Just mild hyper homocysteinemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query and reports. Your Reports all are within normal limits except mild homocysteinemia. Deficiencies in vitamin B12, folic acid and vitamin B6 are associated with raised homocysteine levels.

So Supplementation of vitamin B12 , folic acid and B6 will be helpful for this. Include full grains in your food. Taking cod fish liver oil is also good as your HDL level is in border.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Lipoprotein a is a risk factor for atherosclerosis and artery block.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for your follow up query.

Sorry to mention about lipoprotein a. It is increased also. It doesn't mean that you have block and there is no indication to do tests like cardiac catheterisation. You can go for a cardiac check up including ECG, stress test and echocardiography after consulting a cardiologist. In case of any changes in that, an angiogram can be done to rule out any block.

Increase in Lipoprotein can be managed with low dose aspirin and Niacin. Taking anti oxidants and oily fish or cod fish liver oil is also good.

Let me know if anything not clear. I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
It is not indicated but you can go for it if you wish to.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for your follow up.

Just left ventricular hypertrophy is not an indication. It is indicated in case of abnormal stress test (ischemic findings) . But you can ask your cardiologist for it if you wish to do.

Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
