Suggest Treatment For Mild Hydronephrosis Of Right Kidney

my daughter was diagnosed for PUJ dilation and mild hydronephrosis of right kidney.she got MAG-3 SCAN DONE. The report says 1.left kidney normal in sizenormal perfusion,promptcortical tracer extraction with normal excretion.no significant PCS tracer retention seen.2. right kidney mildly enlarged in size , preserved perfusionto kidney, there is moderate to good rim functioning cortex. there is pooling of tracer in moderately dilated PCS with partial PCS tracer clearance in dyanamic images. delayed image shows partial PCS Tracer clearance. renogram curve shows indeterminate pattern.

The PUJ-Pelviureteral junction obstruction has affected the right kidney to a greater significance.
The tracer of MAG uptake and as well as clearance is grossly delayed .This indicates the improper functioning of the renal tubules due to the pressure changes on the kidney tissue by hydronephrosis secondary to obstruction.
The relative function of 46% is expected to rise to normalcy if the PUJ obstruction is relieved surgically.
The Left kidney is not affected by the disease process and hence its function is relatively normal and thus implied to be PUJ non obstructive.
