Brief Answer:
Better to get done chest x ray.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you should consult doctor and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system.
2. Chest x ray.
Amoxicillin is an antibiotic. And it should not be given routinely or repeatedly.
Better to search for the recurrent cough and sputum production.
Lung infection is common cause for this.
So chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
And if chest x ray is normal then no need for antibiotic. You can start simple antihistamine drug.
So better to consult doctor and discuss all these, rather then taking Amoxicillin again.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
