If the patient is having excessive bleeding and pain, then medical treatment like tranexemic acid, progesterones, Mirena can be given.
If the medical management do not relieves the symptoms, then one can go for hysterectomy if the family is completed and the age is above40 years.
If there are no symptoms, and this is the ultrasound findings, then nothing needs to be done and no treatment is required.
