Brief Answer:
Suggestive of gastritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for posting your query on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
After having gone through your brief history I am of the opinion that you have some sort of acidity related stomach problem i.e., gastritis.
Had I been your physician I would have prescribed you a proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole along with Domperidone Once daily for at least 1-2 weeks.

Besides, following lifestyle changes are also advisable:

1. Avoid taking hot and spicy foods, alcohol (if you consume), smoking (if you do so), fast and junk foods.
2. Eat home cooked foods, increase the intake of fruits and vegetables.
3. Do regular exercise.
4. Do not sleep immediately after having meals, an interval of 2-3 hrs between meals and going to bed should be maintained.

Hope the suggestions given above could be useful in getting relief from stomach upset.

Best regards.
