Brief Answer:
Require Ergots or Triptans.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

I guess your diagnosis was confirmed before.

As your pain is not responding to aspirin and advil, this need treatment with more potent parental NSAIDs like ketorolac and special anti migraine drugs like ergots, triptans etc. These medications need to be administered under medical supervision.
So kindly see your doctor without delay.

If this causes frequent relapses, there are prophylactic treatment available. Your doctor will guide in this.

Meanwhile, try to sleep for some time in a calm and quite, dark room away from disturbances.
Try to find out and avoid any migraine precipitants like chocolate, caffeine, smoking, some food items, physical or mental stress, dehydration etc.

Hope this answer will be helpful.
Wishing for a faster cure.
Thank you.
