Brief Answer:
Yes you may take this tablet

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for posting your query in HealthCare Magic,

I have read through your query and I can understand your concern,
Since you are already familiar with what a migraine is and how it presents, I would like point out that unfortunately the exact cause for migraine is not yet reported on.
Yet, a few hypothesis have been put forward and the major task in controlling it is to identify the triggers and to avoid them.

Some of the most common triggers are:
- foods like caffeine, chocolates
- exposure to loud noise, too much light/ sunlight
- excessive stress
- travelling
- lack of sleep

You are required to identify your triggers and to avoid them as much as possible.

The tablet prescribed for you Arflur- MR, contains chlorzoxazone, paracetamol and aceclofenac; which is given to prevent headaches. Since you get migraine attacks only twice per month, you fall into mild- moderate category, and which can be treated with this medicine.

But personally I would suggest you to start prophylaxis that is to prevent further attacks, you are required to take them daily for a month. These need not help reduce the pain during an attack, but it will help preventing them. But you need to consult with a doctor for its prescription.
You can take Tab. NORTEN and Tab. FINE; which will help in preventing further attacks.

Yes you may take this tablet, though few side effects are mentioned as is with the others drugs too. But I would not suggest using it in a daily basis as it contains NSAIDs (paracetamol) which will harm liver and kidneys in long term basis.

Hope I have answered to your query,
Please feel free to discuss further or kindly close and rate.
Regards
Best wishes on your marriage.

Brief Answer:
Yes, you may take Flunarin instead of Tab. Fine

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

The medicines I have suggested for you, Tab. NORTEN and Tab. FINE are to be taken only as a prophylaxis. It is not meant to be taken as an when needed or during an attack. These medicines should be taken daily for one month.

Tab. FINE is the brand name for flunarizine, which is the same content in flunarin. If you have that you may take it instead of Tab. FINE.

During an attack, you may take the medicine which you are currently on, and which seems to help you too- ARFLUR- MR, as this is given for mild- moderate cases.
Like I said before, just identify the triggers and stay away from them. Also these medicines will play its role. Rest assured you will be good to go.

Hope this helps
Kindly revert back for any further queries.
Thanks
