Question: I'm 50 and I got my period last month on the 28 and again on the February 2 but my period comes and goes I don't feel pain or hot flashes but I do get migraines and my periods are light to normal

Often the first symptom of impending menopause is a change in bleeding patterns.

Periods may become lighter or heavier, longer or shorter and the time between periods may increase and there may be occasional missed periods.

These changes may occur gradually in some women and more abrupt in others.

Clinical signs also vary. Headaches, hot flashes, numbness, dizziness, mood swings may or may not be present.

For headaches, you can take tablet combiflam.

I would also recommend thyroid testing for you as thyroid disorders are also a common cause of altered menstruation and often missed.
