Suggest Treatment For Micro Penis
Question: Hi...i have a very small pennis. Hardly 3 inch in full form. That's why i am very much confused regarding marriage. My brain is not allowing me for marriage . Also i have been masterbating from a long time regularly. Now what i have observed that quantity of my sperm is very low. So what sjould i do now? I am really very confused.

I like to reassure that size of penis give you only psychological benefit and
in sex life it does not matter.
Hardness of penis is more important than size.
3 inch penis size in erect form is normal.
The vagina is 3-4 inches long.
Its outer one third is richly supplied with nerve endings where as inner two third is having no sensations.
So you should be able to rub against the outer one inch to enjoy sex.
People with erect penis more than two inch can have a satisfactory sex life.
The average volume of semen produced at ejaculation is 1.5 to 5 ml.
Do moderate masturbation. (3 times/week).
You can go for semen analysis to check semen quality.
You need to have confidence. You can certainly have good sex life with 3 inch penis size.
Avoid stress, take high protein diet with fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise for 45-60 minutes in morning followed by yoga.
